Kutcher just ditched his $12 million Hollywood Hills pad, electing instead to move in with Mila who is expecting a child. Their new home was bought for about $10 million and is located in Beverly Hills.

MATTHEW MCCONAUGHEY

Matthew McConaughey used to roam around the country in an Airstream trailer but has since bought a home in Austin for about $4 million.

WILL AND JADA SMITH

This couple lives in a huge compound mansion in Calabasas, California, that has a lake, tennis courts, a huge garage, and a recording studio where Willow Smith’s “Whip My Hair” was recorded. They did however recently list the home for sale at $42 million.

CONAN O’BRIEN

Conan recently moved into a home in the Pacific Palisades, spending a bit less than $20 million on the place.

JERRY SEINFELD

Jerry bought his $32 million home in the Hamptons off of none other than Billy Joel. He refers to it as “laid back,” and it is probably as laid back as a property of this magnitude could be.

KIM AND KANYE

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West bought a house in Bel Air for about $11 million, but they don’t want to move in just yet. They are renovating almost the entire building and at this point who knows exactly what it will look like.

TIGER WOODS

The professional golfer owns a gorgeous, $60 million home on Jupiter Island in Florida. Of course, the grass is amazing and there is a green nearby to hit golf balls too. Unfortunately, there may be a giant sinkhole under the dining room!

MATT DAMON

Matt Damon’s mansion, filled with 35 foot high ceilings, has been described as the “best house in the Pacific Palisades” which is located near LA. He spent around $15 million on the building containing 7 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and a 5 car garage.

OPRAH WINFREY

Oprah lives in an $85 million mansion located in Montecito, California. It boasts over 23,000 square feet of space (not counting the guest house!), but Oprah has decided to make significant changes to make the mansion more representative of her own personality.

The Pop Star Rihanna has owned or rented a few spiffy mansions in places like LA and Aspen, but her most recent home purchase came in Barbados, where she was born and raised. The home was listed at $21.8 million and is located on One Sandy Lane near the Sandy Lane Hotel.

BRITNEY SPEARS

Britney lives in a slightly more modest home that cost ‘only’ about $8.5 million. The home is located in the Thousand Oaks neighborhood in the Valley, California.

JENNIFER LOPEZ

J-Lo lives in a $10 million mansion in the Hamptons. While pretty, apparently the property is big enough that a stalker was able to live in her pool house for a week in 2013 before anyone found out about him.

KATY PERRY

Katy Perry holds a number of homes, but her main place of residence is believed to be a pair of adjoining houses in Hollywood Hills.

JON BON JOVI

The Rock Star Jon Bon Jovi lives in a nice $22 million home in Middletown, New Jersey, which is located about 30 miles south of New York City. While that is his main home, he also owns a penthouse in Manhattan that he is currently trying to sell, listed at about $40 million.

TOM BRADY AND GISELE

Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen spent around $40 million building a huge mansion in LA, and now apparently aren’t even going to live in it. The mansion is listed at $50 million and they plan to live in Boston, perhaps to stay true to the Patriots.
