After Beyoncé gave birth in Los Angeles, she and JAY Z are now renting a Malibu home for $400,000 a month, according to Trulia.
The parents, 5-year-old Blue Ivy, and the newest additions will share a stunning five-bedroom, eight-bath home, called La Villa Contenta. Listed for sale for $25 million, the palatial mansion spans 12,045 square feet on a sprawling 1.62 acres of land.
The gated residence features a main home with amenities like a wine cellar, gym, and movie theater. Outside, there are large terraces with ocean views, tennis courts, a wading pool, and a large guesthouse.
Though the famous couple has chosen a home to rent, for now, it seems they are still on the hunt for a more permanent space; they recently toured Aaron Spelling’s former mansion, which now belongs to Petra Ecclestone, a British Formula One heiress who purchased the 57,000-square-foot, French-chateau–style home in 2011 for $85 million.
