The Hollywood actress Faye Dunaway has re listed her Hollywood house for $200,000. She lived in it for 15 years and then redecorated and putted the house on the market for $1,75 million after that she unlisted the duplex and now again the house is available for selling.
Dunaway has moved to a smaller place and had paid for that one $315,000 back in 1998 and it is a duplex at 901 N Spaulding Ave. So she can live a private life this house is hide with a big wall. This apartment is smaller but anyway it has a lot of space with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, a balcony off the dining room and a courtyard in the back.
Of course the fans of the star were curious about the house, so they went there for the open house that Faye did.
The home has two different units with the courtyard in between and an outdoor fireplace.
There are some furniture and fixtures for sale with the duplex too, including a photograph by Dunaway’s ex-husband of her in a pool at Beverly Hills Hotel, in this photograph on the table is her Academy Award for the role in “Network” in 1977.

The real estate agent who is in charge of this listing, Farrah Aldjufrie of The Agency, said that Faye wants the buyer to understand the history of Hollywood and to know that he/she will buy also a piece of her life.
