He let go of this Manhattan penthouse for $37 million.Bon Jovi and his wife Dorothea Hurley paid $24 million for the home in 2007 and spent millions renovating the space, making it fancier and suitable for their style. Selling this dream home was not an easy task for the artist: Bon Jovi first put the apartment on the market in 2013, asking $42 million at the time, but after a few months he dropped the price to $39.9 million. That price didn’t last long either, as Jon Bon Jovi took the apartment off the market for some months and then brought it back for a more reasonable price of $37.5 million.

He is trying to sell this luxury penthouse for the past two years, but now that the fancier apartment is officially sold he can ‘runaway’. Despite this, the selling price is not a star-amount because the price has dropped over the years.
