The Most Expensive Homes blog has learned that whenever the time comes for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry come to Sydney, Australia, they will be staying in a marvelous luxury real estate that is valued at $41 million. The royal couple is expected to come Down Under in October for the Invictus Games and will benefit from all of the luxuries of the Villa del Mare mansion which offers the most impressive views of the harbour.
The Sydney estate is located on the exclusive Wolseley Road in Point Piper, considered the sixth most expensive street in the world, boasting 2000-square-metres of living space spread over three levels. It also has a wine room, gym and an entire “master wing” for total privacy.
The house features Mediterranean-style architecture and blends a classic Australian style with a Tuscan villa. The interiors are quite modern and refreshing as they are well-appointed with contemporary furniture and exquisite fabrics while the outdoors present lush gardens and an infinity pool.
Lola Wang Li purchased the property in 2015 for a huge $41 million. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle rented the property and will be arriving in Syndey from 20-27 October for their Australian Tour which will also include locations like Fiji, the Kingdom of Tonga and New Zealand.
