The interiors of the astonishing 75 Kenmare condominium were designed by Kravitz Design, which is managed by the legendary singer and songwriter Lenny Kravitz. The Most Expensive Homes has come to learn that the residences that comprised this beautiful building will range from $2 million to over $12m, and today, our blog will give a few reasons why.
Kravitz brought refined elegance to the neighborhood of NoLita, in Manhattan. The 75 Kenmare will act as the introduction to “the modern vanguard of enlightened living”. The building will be comprised of 38 homes which are expected to be fully completed by fall 2018. The price of the homes will range from $1.7 million to over $12 million. Every single space of 75 Kenmare provide sweeping views of the neighborhood and present amazing yet unexpected contextual details and extraordinarily glamorous amenities, while also maintaining the downtown authenticity alive.
The exterior of the building was conceived by Manhattan-based architect, Andre Kikoski. Together with his skilled team, the architect aimed to “make a striking, contemporary statement to complement NoLita and its architectural landmarks”.
“My vision for 75 Kenmare centers on a layered environment, drawing inspiration from the eccentric Downtown vibe while integrated elegant materials, such as unique natural stones, bonded metal and aged oak”, explained Lenny Kravitz, adding that “NoLita neighborhood has a style, rhythm, and culture all its own, and we’ve created an environment that feels contemporary and refined, but also warm and inviting.“
