Kim Kardashian‘s Calabasas Condo is up for grabs, for the amount of $3.5 million dollars. This minimalistic condo designed by Vincent Van Duysen used to function as Kim Kardashian’s office and right now is officially for sale. This recent news has caused quite a commotion within the Hollywood community, so this condo won’t stay available for very long. Designed by prestigious Belgian architect Vincent Van Duysen, a man that’s recognized for perfectly combining spatial, timeless design with a focus on durability, functionality, integrity, and comfort. That aesthetic approach can be seen throughout Kim and Kanye’s three-bed condo, with warm details such as oak flooring and bespoke neutral furniture juxtaposed against concrete and stripped-back finishes.
This Calabasas’ condo was, until recently, Kim Kardashian’s office space, and it perfectly reflected the couple’s taste and personality, that easily resembles their main home in Calabasas. The interior design mantra was to achieve a “monastery style” kind of custom setting. The three bedrooms all have ensuite baths, there’s covered decking outside and high-end built-in kitchen appliances.
The master bedroom ensuite features a luxury bath with Jee-o Soho bathtub, Toto Toilets, MGS faucets and fixtures, and custom-designed vanities. All of this is spread across 2,260 square feet of space. The couple bought this condo back in 2017 for $1.6 million, and it’s only three miles away from the couple’s main Hidden Hills residence.
The residence features wide-plank European oak flooring, neutral-toned furniture, and clean lines throughout. The listing also states that every item in the home, from light fixtures to furniture to chandeliers, was custom-designed by Van Duysen. The great room features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, with top-of-the-line appliances.
There are no available images of the bedrooms, but each of the three is reportedly en suite, with the master suite featuring a luxurious deep-soaking Jee-o Soho bathtub. Kim Kardashian‘s listed condo is accessible through a semiprivate elevator, and building amenities included in the $658-a-month homeowners’ association fee include a pool, spa, outdoor fireplace, and BBQ area.
