The house was listed three months ago and, after being removed from the market, it came back with a price reduction! The minimalist house is located in Malibu and offers direct access to the beach. With an area of, approximately, 6,938 square feet, it includes 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, which means plenty of space to accommodate a family.
The house belonged to famous singer Barry Manilow before Pink and her husband, Carey Hart, acquired it last year. Four months after the purchase, the couple returned the property to the market, asking for it $15 million, only for the listing to disappear three months later. Now, the house is back on sale with a price reduction. The spacious and airy living area has a soaring ceiling and towering walls of floor-to-ceiling windows that glide open to a wraparound terrace.
The sleek eat-in kitchen is tastefully decorated in creams and whites and jazzed up with marble backsplashes that have brass inlaid designs. The dining room looks out onto the living room, and a wallpapered den spills out to the peaceful and private central courtyard with its built-in barbecue and spa tub.
