This industrial loft results from the division of a former printing house total of 65 m². Despite a relatively small surface area, all the characteristics were combined to make this open space a real loft with a revisited industrial spirit, in particular through glass roofs with “randomly triangular” shapes. The large existing glass roof allows natural light to penetrate the entire space of the accommodation: the shadows cast create the long-awaited contrast.
