Paying homage to Hong Kong’s architectural style, LUXXU introduced both a modern and contemporary feel to the luxury oasis. Structure alone, the penthouse was imagined as a sort of paradisial landscape with sweeping city views, and then, LUXXU decorated the interiors with high-end designs that epitomized the modern notion of luxury but in a lighter yet vigorous color scheme, especially playing on the timeless appeal of various shades of brown and neutral hues, eye-catching gold accents, and an abundance of greenery.
Every single corner of this living room area was meant to have ornamental flair, from the tray ceiling to the oxidized brass walls with small horizontal lighting units. The Shard suspension becomes a spectacular lighting installation making quite a strong statement. It gives light to a series of exclusive pieces in a more neutral color scheme, including the modular and adaptable Anguis sofa and the modern Galea armchair.
Plenty of gold pops add an extra layer of detail to this living area, take, for example, the brass accents of the Vertigo column display, the Thor center table, or Boca do Lobo’s Stonehenge side table. The Koi rug by Brabbu is also rather complementary to the color palette.
The living and dining rooms are separated by foldable wooden dividers that offer it a more ethereal and natural look. This dining room showcases a delightful combination of light tones of beige and brown as well as a few floral adornments, including a lively wallpaper.
LUXXU’s Darian dining table makes a statement with its robust rounded form while the Nura dining chairs become both an expression of luxury and comfort. The Burj chandelier illuminates the area while paying homage to the modern age. Rounding up the decor details is the Lloyd bar cabinet with its geometric lines and elegant structure in gray and brass.

The master bedroom had a bit of dual decor character. On the one hand, it showcases a more Zen attitude with natural inspirations like a silky wallcovering, wooden walls, tropical bedding, and a neutral terracotta rug by Rug’Society. On the other hand, numerous ostentatious details certainly catch the eye, from the architectural ceiling to the high-end designs.
LUXXU introduced a plethora of brand classics to achieve this duality. Firstly, the Algerone bed and the custom Waltz nightstands create the perfect sleeping lair while the Algerone dressing table and stool form a unique vanity space. Furthermore, the Bourbon armchairs by Brabbu allow you to rest comfortably to a backdrop of mountains and the Delta Screen adds a dramatic flair to the corner, alongside a traditional sculpture. A few other elements like the Twig door pull by PullCast or the Panji wall lamps by Brabbu were also added to further enhance the multi-layered aesthetic of this bedroom.

What better way to boost your creativity than to have sweeping views of Hong Kong’s skyline? Accordingly, the detailed Algerone Desk and Charla office chair by LUXXU were placed right in front of the floor-to-ceiling window to fulfill this effect.
Moreover, an enlarged custom model of the Algerone Bookcase was placed behind the desk to offer as much storage and decorative space as possible while also adding a sense of modern glamour. LUXXU chose the Tycho rectangular suspension as the main luminaire while the Waterfall technical wall lamp and the Tycho table lamp back up its stately layout.
Decor-wise, the outdoors have been arranged with organic materials, bespoke wooden floors, green elements, and conservatory furniture that match the appeal of the city. The architectural blocks are also rather representative of contemporary architecture and introduce soundness to the area.
The cozy Galea seating family was chosen to adorn the outdoors as they combine style and modernity in a particular manner. Lastly, the Vertigo dining table in wood and marble becomes the perfect piece to host relaxing dinner gatherings.
