Baptized by Bill Gates as Xanadu 2.0 has particular features that make this mansion so special and different from the others that exist around the world. The proof insists in the “earth-sheltered house” concept, where it is important to mention the match of technology and ecology. Specially designed and adjusted to the owner of Microsoft, the mansion took seven years to built and had a production cost of 60 million.
