Located in Thousand Oaks, California, inside a gated community, this 13,264-square-foot Italian style Villa stands in 21 acres of land and includes five bedrooms and seven-and-a-half baths. The price? Approximately $7.4 millions!
Past the foyer, the entrance leads to a carpeted living area with a 35-foot-high ceiling and colossal windows that provide the room with natural light. Flanked by wooden cabinets, the fireplace stands tall and is one of the focal points of this amazing living room.
Following the colour scheme of the main living area, the formal living room presents itself in neutral tones of beige and brown, contrasting with natural elements such as flowers and other plants. This room has a more regal atmosphere to it, mainly because of the iron chandelier adorned with crystals and the mantelpiece.

The kitchen has a traditional Italian countryside inspired aesthetic with the wooden floors and cabinets. Another area provided with natural light due to the many windows, still it is the chandelier that catches our attention.
