The City of Los Angeles, the second-most populous in the United States and the most populated in California State. Just New York City comes first in population. With 3,792,621 person, according to the 2010 United Staes Census, in a 469 square miles.

Los Angeles always has been an expensive place to buy real estate, due to its chic neighborhoods and walled mansions, with the price grew, between January 2013 and January 2014, of 16,75% according to real estate intelligence firm DataQuick.
