Lally And Berger embraced the ultimate challenge on a luxury interior design project, in the hospitality sector. The Hotel Le Meurice was the fortunate place for the transformation, specifically on the Belle Etoile Suite, one of the most coveted suites in Paris. On the 7th and top floor of the hotel, you can enjoy the most perfect stay in an absolutely dreamy setting. Today, Most Expensive Homes decided to take you on an amazing tour through each corner! In the heart of Paris, at Hotel Le Meurice, there’s one of the most coveted suites of all time. On the last and 7th floor, meet the Belle Etoile Suite, part of a structure added in the 50s. This suite went through a major transformation, was designed by Lally and Berger. With 250m2 of interior space and 350m2 private terrace, it offers guests breath-taking and exceptional views of the monuments of Paris like the Louvre, the Orsay Museum, and the Eiffel Tower.
With all those factors in mind, the design duo created this amazing renovation of the suite, maintaining the classic essence of the hotel with a more contemporary approach, even though the framework is still quite traditional. The idea was to feel as if you are in the same hotel, but in another era. One of the most amazing displayed pieces is the bespoke MAYA Armchair from BRABBU, which perfectly displays the design identity that destined to achieve!
MAYA armchairs are also present in an amazing resting area, with the stunning view above the city of Paris. “For me, one of the most successful things about the project is the way you’ve created an architectural rhythm in the living room ”, says the designer Luc Berger, in the matter of the living room, one of the most stunning settings.
While entering the bedroom, the views are completely open to Paris. Two custom “totems” or partitions separate the bedroom into several areas: the dressing room towards the bathroom offers a stunning panorama over Montmartre; the bedroom in the center has views on either side; the desk near the entrance welcomes guests.
Margaux LALLY and Luc BERGER met 10 years ago at the Ecole Supérieure d’Architecture Intérieur de Lyon. What drives them through the interior design world is their passion, boldness, and creativeness in each project. Since 2013, their design studio has been impressing the industry with their stunning projects, and that’s why Lally and Berger have a great future ahead of them!
