XXII Carat Palm Jumeirah: Inside Dubai’s luxurious property – In this luxurious property in Dubai, there are several celebrities in the neighbourhood and you can now have a sneak peek at the expensive homes. From David and Victoria Beckham to Indian superstar Shah Rukh Khan, there are a lot of A-list personalities that have an extravagant building here.
The XXII Carat is a beachfront Mediterranean-style development that has 22 elegant villas incorporated between its property. The fantastic views include the amazing Dubai skyline and a glimpse of the Arabian Ocean.
The residents have access to a luxurious hotel-like lifestyle. Villas range in size from 9,600 square feet to 12,561 square feet and cost from 38 million dirhams to 92 million dirhams, which is the equivalent to $10.34 million to $25 million.
The uber-luxury project began in September 2015 and among the extravagant features the villas have incorporated, the bathtubs are worth to up to $1million.
The properties, which are located at the end of the Palm Jumeirah’s West Crescent next to The One & Only, were all sold before the completion of their construction in August 2018.
