The best-equipped event to meet this shift and market demand is Workplace3.0, a design and technology conference. It includes the best procurement plans, reception areas, and office spaces from the most innovative companies working on solutions that correspond with new methods of working and design criteria for “inhabiting” the workspace.

Since 1974, the biennial International Kitchen Furniture Exhibition has been the primary showcase for high-end kitchens, together with its companion event FTK (Technology For the Kitchen).
EuroCucina’s 22nd edition, as well as FTK – Technology For the Kitchen, a companion event focusing on built-in household appliances and their evolution, provided a targeted and inventive response to the sector’s expanding interest.
The shows, which were shown by 117 groups in a 22,000-square-meter exhibition space, were based on efficiency and evocation. Kitchens have developed from purely functional spaces to become domestic centers, where friends and family meet. This revival of the family hearth generates an integrated, adaptable, and professional environment that never fails to trigger strong emotions.
A large assortment of high-quality products greeted visitors. All of the exhibits at EuroCucina exemplified contemporary design, technological innovation, next-generation performance, energy efficiency, and ease of use. The kitchen was given new shapes, colors, and materials to differentiate it as a gathering place for friends and family.
FTK – Technology For the Kitchen – provided an overview of state-of-the-art technology in built-in domestic appliances, with models, prototypes, and concepts made by companies that place a high priority on research, as usual, with 48 exhibitors spread across a 22,192 m2 exhibition area.
The International Bathroom Exhibition, the newest of the sectoral events hosted under the Salone del Mobile Milano banner, is preparing for its 2022 edition. Four years after the last live edition, the wellness world’s trailblazers are set to meet in person once more, with 172 exhibitors (15 percent from other countries) spanning over 17,000 m2 of the display area.
“For the 2022 Salone, exhibitors are finally returning to an in-person event, where they’ll be able to greet visitors and demonstrate their latest items. The event will focus on product creation and distribution, bringing together all of the key participants under one roof for the first time. Since 2018, this hasn’t happened. Due to the pandemic, the 2020 event was canceled, but Supersalone allowed us to gather again in 2021 and show our items live. It couldn’t possibly have the same strength as a typical Salone for obvious reasons. It was still vital to have organized it and to be present. With the 2022 edition, we aim to get back to normal,” said Assobagno President Elia Vismara.
The companies, meantime, are eager to get together once more and see firsthand how bathrooms have grown in recent years, with a strong focus on sustainability.
The world’s largest design event for those under the age of 35. SaloneSatellite’s mission is to strengthen the connections between research, design, and industry. Its goal is to make connections between firms and young designers who are preparing to enter the industry and the market after graduation. Designers under the age of 35 are eligible to apply.
SaloneSatellite also includes work from design-oriented colleges and universities. This involvement is geared toward staying current with how the educational system around design is changing, what priorities are indicated to students and research processes, and how students’ intellectual and practical abilities are stimulated, resulting in their understanding of the problems and consequences of certain production methods. The SaloneSatellite Award, established in 2010, is another way to bring together young designers and entrepreneurs.
