The famous DJ and producer, DJ Khaled has over the past few years has released numerous hits, such as “I’m the One” and “Wild Thoughts” and he recently also launched a maximalist and glamorous furniture line, “We the Best Home” in collaboration with Goldition. Now, the celebrated DJ has purchased a staggering Miami Beach Mansion for almost $26 million. Today, the Most Expensive Homes blog will explore the astonishing amenities and features of the 12,750-square-foot luxury property.
The Miami residence features five bedrooms and more than 10 bathrooms and there’s no shortage of entertainment spaces, including a two-level gazebo, a safe room, a home theatre with plush seating arrangements, an outdoor shower, an 80-foot-long swimming pool, among many other thrilling spaces.
In addition, the limestone estate also has an elevator, a four-bedroom guesthouse, a double-height foyer, a marble fireplace and even an open chef’s kitchen. The interiors feature a neutral color palette that is further enhanced by luxurious details and an unmatched sense of calmness and meditation.
DJ Khaled’s new home was designed by Cesar Molina and is well-appointed with furnishings and design elements selected by two of the world’s best decorators, Holly Hunt and Christian Liaigre.
Khaled bought the house from Michael Lerner, who bought the plot of land to build the house for nearly $5 million. DJ Khaled’s 11th studio album, entitled “Father of Asahd” is expected to be released later this year.
