Megan Fox and husband Brian Austin Green are selling their Los Feliz, California, mediterranean villa. The celebrity couple listed the house last week for $3.995 million 
The reason for selling this expensive home? An even more expensive one! The Hollywood actors just welcomed their second child and a bigger mansion is needed.

Bohdi, who joins older brother Noah, 2, and Brian’s son from a previous relationship Kassius, 11 makes it clear that the famous pair think four bedrooms and five bathrooms just is not enough space. Neither the 5,300 square-feet of living space! 
The luxurious mansion sits on the edge of the famed Griffith Park and has unobstructed views of Downtown Los Angeles, Long Beach, Century City and the ocean, through the many windows and french doors which allow to bring the outdoors inside.
Los Feliz is known for the grand mansions built by the top Hollywood starts at the beginning of the 20th century. Built in 1938, Megan Fox’s house is one of those luxury estates, blending “the emotion of Old World architecture with 21st Century technology” as the listing puts it. 
The decor is a result of Megan and Brian’s ecletic tastes. Antiques and modern touches live in perfect harmony throughout the house.
