Tina and her husband, Jeff Richmond, already own the unit below; they bought it back in 2009 for $3.4 million.
The residence, which was sold by Douglas Elliman’s Rosalie Liebman, had a $7.5 million asking price, but the higher sale price may be related to plans to combine the units.
