One of the most favorite things that The Most Expensive Homes team like is spending some time staying up to date about how celebs invest their money into luxury real estate. Today, all our attention goes to the actress and writer Tina Fey which just snagged a four-bed, four-and-a-half-bath co-op for sale in on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Check it out!
In addition to spacious living and dining rooms, the home features a lovely office/library space with built-in bookshelves.
According to the New York Observer, the unit includes two wood-burning fireplaces, 22 new windows, and a private elevator landing.
Tina and her husband, Jeff Richmond, already own the unit below; they bought it back in 2009 for $3.4 million.
The residence, which was sold by Douglas Elliman’s Rosalie Liebman, had a $7.5 million asking price, but the higher sale price may be related to plans to combine the units.
