Ash NYC is a Brooklyn based design firm that has been proving its talented skills on design, containing a portfolio with amazing projects such as the Siren Hotel in Detroit, New Orlean’s Hotel Peter & Paul, and the Dean in Providence, Rhode Island. After all this amazing evolution, the prestigious firm has opened a new office in Los Angeles.
With their massive step into the expansion to Los Angeles, they decided to celebrate their new office with a temporary show house in Venice Beach, which they named Broadway House, which is inspired on New York, their origins. This house is beautifully designed, with a lot of personality and modern twists, a perfect demonstration of this firm’s design identity.
The design for this Broadway House was incredibly inspired on the combination between the location and of course the New York origin. This Venice Beach house demonstrates a lot of the style throughout the house, as it should happen with this mix of styles, which is absolutely modern and cosmopolitan. This modern and cosmopolitan touch also supports minimalistic furniture and accessories.
Ash NYC also design this Broadway house the certainty that it would have a Californian concept. With that goal in mind, this firm included brands such as Parachute Home, Boy Smells, Entler and Creative Art Partners. There are some special features such as skateboards and play tables in children’s bedrooms that bring that special touch, playful yet sophisticated.
This exquisite house presents itself as a 3800-square-foot home, with a total of four bedrooms and over four bathrooms. Although it was built on 1910, it was recently and beautifully renovated by architect Noah Walker, who transformed this Broadway House into something incredibly modern and minimalistic.
