What was once a 1850’s sea captain’s home in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, is now a magnificent and renovated Mid-Century home that is absolutely breathtaking. Without a shed of light, this residence was transformed into a double-height ceiling, with an optimization for indoor-outdoor living.
Although the renovation took about five years and three contractors , this residence was absolutely worth it, to demonstrate the high-end quality of this Brooklyn Home. The intended vibe that Katie Mossman was looking for sat on the Californian concept, which translates on a beachy vibe.
This residence features an amazing floor-to-ceiling glass door, that opens to an amazing and very well built backyard, a floating concrete staircase, and a concrete wall. There’s also an open-space kitchen that carries incredible marble pieces, pendants lamps, and vintage stools, from the 70’s, which perfectly embellishes this Mid-Century home.
