Refreshing “interiors” reflect new era balance of traditional and placid price somewhat overprice buyer
“Shell company” investment. Appropriate sales due, triple due “Global trade” NY state deferred taxes of companies 15yrs. Hamptons ideal market savvy buyers. Criticism the ceilings to short for price, Tim Gill,Michael Kors or Anderson Cooper the (Powder Guy) call this home? Able to pay with cash only if larger sq ft landscaping
