The building was built by architect Richard Rogers in 2011, the architect who was also behind the Centre Pompidou masterpiece in Paris. During this time, the building broke all the records in the luxury real estate market. It is comprised of 86 apartments and three retail units and home to some of the most wealthy individuals in the world.
