Designed by architect Craig Stillwell and built in 2008 in the city’s sought-after Laurelhurst neighborhood, the house features clean lines, large windows, and plenty of terraces, plus Fleetwood doors that open from the family room to maximize indoor-outdoor living.
The living and dining area features bamboo flooring, white-oak built-in cabinets, and a beamed ceiling, plus floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors.
The office off the main living area has a custom-made blackened-steel wood-burning fireplace, as well as a wet bar and minifridge.
The master suite’s TV is hidden within a bookcase and operated by remote control, as are the blackout window shades. Off the bedroom is a private balcony, plus a walk-in closet and dressing area. The laundry room is also located off the master.
Double barn doors open into the workout room and yoga studio, which has bamboo floors, concrete countertops, a minifridge, and floor-to-ceiling windows and mirrors.
