Former Alaska governor Sarah Palin has put her luxury Arizona mansion on the market for $2.5million. Palin purchased the 7,971-square-foot Mediterranean-influenced home, which is listed by the Barker Team, for $1.7 million in 2011. Since then, she’s added equestrian areas, a pool, a putting green, and a lighted sports court–and there’s still room to spare on the spacious 4.41-acre lot. In today’s post, The Most Expensive Homes invites you to get an inside look at this fantastic and outstanding mansion. Check it out!
The double-height entryway features a wrought-iron staircase, beneath which is an alcove staged as a dining area.
To the right of the entrance is a living room area with built-ins.
The spacious kitchen was designed with large groups in mind: There are two full-size refrigerators, two ovens, a wine fridge, and lots of storage and counter space.
One of the two master bedrooms features a fireplace and a balcony.
A tiled bathtub sits at the center of one of the master luxury bathrooms and is flanked by two vanities.
The screening room has tiered flooring and space for a large screen and speakers.
The patio includes an outdoor fireplace and a kitchen with a built-in grill.
The made-for-play grounds include a pool, spa, bocce court, and putting green.
The backyard also includes a full-size, lighted basketball court.
