Talking about spectacular celebrity homes, today it’s time to show you Mark Wahlberg’s breathtaking new French style palatial estate in Beverly Hills. Yes, it’s phenomenal! For its opulent architecture, wich has architect Richard Landry’s, noted chateau sire to the stars, signature.
The 30,000 (!) square feet mansion is almost twice as big as Giselle Bündchen and Tom Brady’s Eco luxe mansion, also Landry’s design.
The spread sits on six acres of Beverly Hills real estate and boasts such amenities as a putting green, double-height library, wine cellar, and a wood-paneled home theater.
The waterpark is a major “must-see” with its manmade rock formation and waterfall. Outside, there is a 2,200-square-foot outdoor pavillion with coffered ceilings, limestone floors and a fireplace.
The interiors boast a very Restoration Hardware appeal, what with wrought iron doors and rusted orb chandeliers. Inside the two-time Oscar nominee mansion are a home theater, wine cellar, large gym, and a two-story wood-paneled library.
The Landry Design Group even made a series of artist renderings of Mark’s future home. It will be the perfect family home for him, wife Rhea Durham and their four children – Ella Rae, 9, Michael, 7, Brendan, 4, and Grace, 3.
