Last May, Zac Efron closed the door of his first bachelor pad for the last time. The property was sold and we finally got to take a look at the whole house.

The gated mid-century modern house in the hollywood hills has 2 bedrooms and a designers signature, of course.
Designed in an industrial style, the interiors are spacious thanks to the clean lines throughout and the walls of glass that open to the outside.
In the 40’s, 50’s and 60’s, a lot of midcentury modern case study homes were built by some of the best architects of the day and Zac Efron’s former home is one of those typical homes with a single story and walls of glass.
Using traditional industrial materials, it was built to be an example of how modern homes could be built inexpensively. However, it has been substancially updated in the meanwhile and the hollywood star sold it for $ 2.775 million (!).
