The colombian singer, Shakira, tried to sell her house for $14.500.000 in 2013 but she had no success, in this year of 2015 she had to low the price down and put her luxurious Miami home on the maket for $12.629.600.
The 35-old singer wants to live for good in Europe so this is the main goal why she decided to sell her Miami Beach home. In her own words she considers Europe her “home base”.
It is a six-bedroom, nine bathroom and 8,400-square-foot mansion.
The house is available on the luxury real estate site TopTenRealEstateDeals.com. And the owner will like the luxury neighborhood full of celebrities, other residents of this street are Matt Damon, Cher, Billy Joel and Jennifer Lopez.

Since Shakira moved in she completly changed the ambience and transformed the mansion in a zen oasis. She gave her touch to the place changing to light hardwood floors throughout, updating the kitchen with high-end appliances and making a gym.
It has a fireplace for the rare chilly night and an attached two-car garage framed by crimson bougainvillea. Rooms are large and airy and filled with sunlight. She added a wooden deck around the pool area with open-air dining pavilion with built-in bar and an entire three-bedroom wing measuring 1,663 square feet. Surrounded by tall privacy hedges and an iron entry gate, the property meets the privacy requirements sought by celebrities.
Shakira purchased this Miami mansion in September 2001 and the originial house was a 1951 circa that she changed has explained above.
There are some rumours that she wants to sell the house not only to be Europe-based but also because supposedly her realtor may have once had ties to Colombian drug cartels.
With her third baby on the way she is thinking on her pregnancy and she wants to rise her babies on Europe so what we know for sure is that she is selling her near to Atlantic Ocean Miami Beach mansion and it is situated on the street with the most expensive celebrity condos on Miami.
