Located in Rouen, France, there’s an incredibly luxurious apartment designed by Dmitry Grynevich. This is a 230-square-meters apartment area, that also sits on a historic building, where the proof of that fact stands on the stucco moldings that were preserved on this design renovation. The chosen concept of this project is mainly focused on the monochrome touch, with some eccentric details.
According to the monochromatic concept on this apartment’s design, Dmitry Grynevich place luxurious furniture that concentrates a mix of a modern twist, along with classic features that still establish a traditional presence in this out-of-the-box concept. Besides the monochromatic main style, there are some warm colors that stand out throughout the spaces, such as the light woods, and even the green placed in the chairs for example.
