Challenged with transforming Two22 Tower, located in Minneapolis, Nelson Worlwide team re-imagined the building to incorporate interactive amenities and modern design features to keep tenants and visitors engaged at every touchpoint. The design includes a monumental staircase in lieu of dated escalators, dedicated space in the main entry for a pop-up kiosk or small vendor, and a clear wayfinding strategy.

The goal was to create a new experience for today’s modern achiever – exhibiting unique amenities and guestrooms with more opportunities to recharge. Each room has a large “get ready” zone with a dry vanity, illuminated mirror, and more space to prepare for the day or wind down at night. Every element from the enveloping hug headboard to the warm colors and textured materials give off a residential feeling, helping guests feel more at home.
This 69-acre mixed-use development located in Cary, NC is destined to be a sought after destination for both residents and visitors. The development will offer studio, one, two, and three-bedroom floorplans, and about a third of the floorplans will feature private terraces. Shared amenities for residents include a fitness center, coworking lounge, multi-purpose room, pool, and more.
Nomad Tower is in Madison Square. The goal was to reflect the vibrancy of this prominent area, rich in culture and history, and reposition the building to attract tech and media tenants.

The goal was to create a bold new identity for a well-known and established property in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The result is a lively, social atmosphere to draw in visitors at the ground level, and a desirable third-space amenity to building tenants.
The goal was to consolidate all oncological services under one roof for both outpatients and inpatients. The result is a comprehensive, modern treatment and diagnostic center built around the patient experience. The four-story building is centered around a two-story lobby which directs visitors to the outpatient service areas.

The fully integrated, custom décor package creates a memorable grocery experience for each new store. Nelson Worldwide used environmental graphics, intriguing color and material palettes, and intuitive wayfinding, to create a signature style for each unique location.
Maintaining the architectural bones of the existing hotel, a design layer was seamlessly built on top of the existing architecture.
