Previously known as Jeremy, the newly renovated hotel is the latest addition to the quickly growing 1 Hotel chain. Meet the 1 Hotel, part of a famous hospitality chain, and twice the size of its counterparts in New York City. The chain is already known for its abundant greenery and beautiful landscaping within each property, and this West Hollywood location is no different. This new project has already been awarded an Energy Star score of 95 and is LEED-certified, making it one of the most energy-efficient hotels in the Los Angeles area.
This is a special project within the Los Angeles hospitality, and it all begins at the check-in. As soon as you step into the 1 Hotel, there’s an amazing front desk, with 75 tons of wood recovered from fallen trees that were used in the design of the reception area. This gorgeous hotel presents itself as a breath of fresh air on one of the most chaotic cities in the world.
The Skyline King room affords a prime view of the Los Angeles skyline without leaving the comfort of your bed. And about that bed: each room is outfitted with 100 percent organic cotton sheets. Every factor is prepared to wow you throughout every corner you may pass through, and the views couldn’t be more incredible.
Guests can choose from among 50 sleek suites, including two penthouses. Each 500-square-foot one-bedroom suite has its own balcony, the perfect spot to enjoy a perfect cup of morning coffee or a relaxing nightcap. The on-site restaurant, 1 Kitchen, is run by former Top Chef contestant Chris Crary, with a fresh, farm-to-table Southern California menu. All food is locally and sustainably sourced.
Juniper is the place to relax outside your room—this lounge hosts live music performances and has an extensive menu of handcrafted cocktails, snacks, and sweet treats for you to choose from. There’s also an amazing rooftop pool along with a sundeck, that makes the 1 Hotel the destination of your dreams!
