This Upper East Side townhouse that was once divided into several apartments, now stands on a seven-story Greek Revival concept, which translates on a total transformation. Completely different from what it was before, Fox Nahem made sure to give a refreshing perspective to this luxurious space.
Fox Nahem worked in collaboration with the architect Jose Ramirez, and start this townhouse’s renovation from scratch, which means they started from the square one. In the process of this extensive renovation, the design firm acquired items from several auctions worldwide, from the United States of America, to Europe and Asia.
There are other special elements that made this townhouse spectacular such as an asymmetrical bed in the master bedroom, an eccentric and pink couch in the living room, and bespoke pieces. Those one-of-a-kind pieces are the ones that stand out in the definition of the interior design, and Fox Nahem knew it was the perfect choice.
The dining room also establishes a set of two tables, perfect for dinners with friends and family, while sitting as a perfect room to entertain your guests, with space for over 20 people.
