Designed by Marcio Kogan and his group of architects, this luxury beach house located on a coastal island between Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro provides an escape from the big city busy life. The exact location of luxurious residence and its owners is kept in total secrecy – to ensure the privacy of the owners, of course.
Located only a few meters from the sea, this beach house would also fit in the category of the “house in the forest”. Why? Because the wild Brazilian forest spread its vegetation down the hill to the beach where this modern beach house stands as the connection of those two natural contrasts.
