The classic West Indies–style residence is located on a bluff overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean in Landfall, a private gated community with a championship golf course.
The sweeping great room opens to the outdoor veranda and pool area. Brazilian walnut flooring, coffered ceilings, exposed beams, and louvered transom windows outfit the great room in grand fashion.
There’s a dining area off the kitchen. Besides a formal dining area, a chef’s kitchen with a recycled-bottle backsplash, a butler’s pantry, and a home office.
At one end of the great room is a living space with a wet bar. Upon entry to the home, there’s a spacious foyer with a large Rumford fireplace and two entrances to the great room.
